Laurie Tom, MD

Dr. Tom is an endocrinologist in private practice who specializes in treating people with diabetes. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Tom formerly served on the national board of directors and is the current President of the ADA Hawaii Leadership Council.

Viola Genadio, APRN, CDE, MSN, BC-ADM Viola Genadio is a diabetes clinical nurse specialist for Hawaii Medical Center, LLC. She is a Past President of the Hawaii Association of Diabetes Educators. She served on the Regional Leadership Team for the American Diabetes Association, Northwest Region and is a volunteer with the Hawaii American Diabetes Association.
