Continuing Education (For Nurses)
CE credits are available to nurses for an additional $25. To
register, include professional titles with name (RN, etc), check
appropriate boxes on registration form, and include $25 in
addition to the registration fee for each person requesting
credit. At the conference, pick up name tag at the registration
area and then sign-in at the CE table.

Craig A. Wargon, DPM
Dr. Craig Wargon is a practicing physician in Podiatric Surgery in the Department
of Orthopedics at the Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center. He is also the lead
physician for several clinical software applications for the Technology Group, a regional
division of The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG).
Dr. Wargon lectures on the subjects of foot diseases and sports related foot and ankle
injuries. He has authored scientific articles published in medical journals and numerous
chapters for medical textbooks.

Patrick J. Kearns, MD
Dr. Pat Kearns is a physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and
Nutrition at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. He serves as the
Director of Chronic Care Management and the Acting Director of the Diabetes
Metabolism Clinic.
