If you live in San Diego, you have the
ocean, the sun, year-round opportunity to
be outdoors--AND the TCOYD San Diego
Mini-Series! Here, in TCOYD's backyard, a
team of medical professionals will once again
volunteer their time and talents to provide a
series of evening lectures for people with
diabetes and their loved ones.
No matter what type of diabetes you or a
loved one may have, the TCOYD Mini-Series
lectures are bound to provide you with up-todate,
practical information and tips on dealing
with diabetes and its complications. Hosted
by TCOYD's founder and director Steven V.
Edelman, MD, Mini-Series topics cover an
array of important issues as they relate to
people with diabetes such as heart, kidney,
tooth and gastrointestinal health, hormones,
weight loss, supplements and alternative
medicines.
Thanks once again to the generosity of
Peter Preuss, we will be presenting the Mini-
Series lectures at the Preuss School on UCSD's
La Jolla campus. In addition to our volunteer
speakers, this special program is also made
possible by the companies, organizations,
families and individuals who support
TCOYD.
Help change lives. Bring a friend to the
TCOYD San Diego Mini-Series. We are
looking forward to another year with our
loyal attendees and also meeting new people
interested in Taking Control of Their Diabetes!
