Los Angeles TCOYD Participants Speak Out
Here is what people had to say about the June 2 LA TCOYD Conference and Health Fair
Organized, excellent lectures and most of all speakers had a sense of humor and gave HOPE to all of us.
Boosted my confidence in my own care.
I feel more empowered. My knowledge of this disease has expanded and I now feel I have the tools to work together with my physician and CDE.
Prior to attending there were lots of things that I was misinformed about. I want to live a long life and have children. I don't want to keep making the wrong choices anymore.
I learned today that diabetes is not a death sentence.
The level of information was incredibly informative without being over my head and the format allowed me to seek out the specific info that applies to me.
Gave my inspiration to not give up.
In 25 years of living with diabetes and knowing no one else with the disease, I find your resources invaluable. It was great meeting others like me.
Best $25 I've ever spent.
Urban was excellent. What a remarkable man. 60 minutes needs to air an interview with him.
I have found over the years that this is the best conference on diabetes. It's affordable for most patients and it is constantly moving, keeping everyones attention. The information is non threatening and most beneficial.
Everything is changing so fast, this is the best way to keep current.
A big thanks from TCOYD to all the people who came and made this day such a success!
