TCOYD Series TV Wraps Up Season Two

This August, Taking Control of Your Diabetes wraps up its second season of TCOYD Series TV with an inspirational piece on TCOYD's educational philosophy. Psychologist and TCOYD conference faculty member Joseph Nelson will talk to Dr. Edelman about the importance of equipping people with diabetes with the information and empowerment they need to control their condition.

Interviews with TCOYD attendees, and TCOYD CME attendees reveal the impact that live educational conferences have on diabetes selfmanagement, attitudes of medical providers toward their patients, and the gap TCOYD aims to bridge in doctor-patient respect, trust and communication.
