Silicon Valley TCOYD Attendees Speak Out
Here is what attendees had to say about the September 15 TCOYD Conference & Health Fair in Santa Clara

Learned more today than I ever knew was available.

I am more aware of how I must be my own advocate to control this disease. I have focused on the bad parts of diabetes and have neglected to focus on the advantages of good control.

It gave me renewed hope. Education is power.

I have had diabetes for 20 years and the conference re-motivated me and I learned a lot to help me with my diabetes.

Much more in-depth than I thought it would be.

Reestablished focus in a positive and affirming way.

Provided me with needed moral support.

Doug Burns gave a very personal presentation that we all identified with. He was obviously sincere and real.

Doug was inspirational and gave me incentive to workout more.
