Answered questions, gave suggestions, were compassionate.

Has motivated be to track #'s better.

It presents good information about diabetes... both type 1 and 2
without being filled with scare tactics.

Very informative and up-beat. Not doom & gloom or the "do this or
else" type seminar.

This has changed my attitude - to be more serious about my disease.

Kelly Pike has inspired me to exercise.

It provided me with a lot more info than I ever expected.

Knowing I'm not alone.

Helped me to realize that this is a lifetime commitment.
