Bill and Dee Brehm to match online donations to TCOYD
Taking Control of Your Diabetes, 501(c)3 is pleased to announce the Brehm-TCOYD Match online giving program. TCOYD supporters Bill and Dee Brehm, of McLean Virginia, pledged to match all online donations to TCOYD up to $10,000. We are grateful for their generosity.
Bill and Dee Brehm are no strangers to diabetes research and education. Dee was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes over 50 years ago, and together they have managed the challenges of this disease. The couple has supported tremendous initiatives to advance our understanding of diabetes, and to fight it. Their commitment recently included The Brehm Center for Type 1 Diabetes Research and Analysis at the University of Michigan Medical School, Bill's alma mater.
Every year TCOYD reaches tens of thousands of people with diabetes, bringing life-changing information and motivation to those dealing with this disease.
