TCOYD San Diego Miniseries: January 23rd, 2007
TOPIC: A little talk, a lot of action: Exercise!

This night will be interactive as well as educational. Here's an opportunity to try out some new activities that are fun and lead to improved health. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Learn about and participate in a new activity.

The San Diego Miniseries is a regular program of Taking Control of Your Diabetes. In its 8th year, the 2007 Miniseries program is a lecture series for people with diabetes. The event is from 7-9 p.m. at the Walton Center at the Preuss School, and is hosted by Steven Edelman, MD. We ask for a $5 donation for assisting our non-for-profit TCOYD in putting this event on.
